• brevity - concise and exact use of words in writing or speech.
• clarity - the quality of being clear.
• creativity - the use of imagination or original ideas to create something; inventiveness.
• paragraph breaks - a single line space or an indentation (or both) marking the division between one paragraph and the next in a body of text. 
• capitalisation - the action of writing or printing in capital letters or with an initial capital.
